- Are your products pH balanced?
- Yes. Because we make all of our products in small batches, we always test the pH of all of our products.
- What is the key ingredient in your products?
- Well we can't give you our secret recipe, but we use oils such as olive, grapeseed, and jojoba; butters such as shea; nature's own sunlight, and lots of love.
- How long will my products last?
- Our product save a shelf life of 12-18 months. However, we are can guarantee that you'll enjoy our products that much that it won't last that long.
Skin Concerns
- I have oily/acne prone skin. Can I use your products?
- Yes you can. We cater to all skin types.
- Can I use your products if I have eczema?
- Little known fact; The Coco Shoppe was created because the owner's daughter suffered from severe eczema. So it was only right that we made products that were eczema approved.
- Do you have any products for HS (Hidradenitis Suppurativa)?
- Our Tea Tree & Lavender serum, the Lavender & Mint bar as well as the Activated Charcoal bar are all recommened for combating HS.
